I am a therapist & life coach specialized in hypnosis and energy healing. I offer short-term therapy (between 1 and 3 sessions on average) and I will help you improving your well-being. I am German-French and offer sessions in French and German in Paris. Remote sessions are also possible.


Because we are human, difficulties are a normal part of our lives. We don't necessarily have to solve these on our own; targeted help can solve long-term problems at the root.

Energy healing (Reiki)

Energy healing has been used for centuries in various forms. For this healing and relaxation therapy I work with Reiki. The healing art of Reiki works by channeling positive energy into your body. By laying on of hands, the energy flows through my energy field and through my hands to the patient. Energy healing targets the energy fields around and in the body. It's not a massage.


Reiki (rei = spirit, soul and ki = life energy) is a form of the laying on of hands that was rediscovered and established in Japan in the 19th century by the Buddhist monk and scholar, Mikao Usui. Reiki means "universal life energy". 


This cleanses activates the self-healing powers, releases blockages/negative energy/ emotions, regenerates body and mind, makes thoughts clearer again and supports personal development.

What is healing and relaxation therapy used for?

How does an energy healing session work?


  1. First, if you want tell me a little about yourself, any pain you may have and how you feel in general.

  2. Then lie on the table, fully clothed and relax completely. I start the treatment and places my hands lightly on or over specific areas of the body. As the flow of energy in your body is rebalanced, you may experience a sensation of warmth, tingling, pulsing. Sometimes, the sensations are felt moving through the body; some people do not perceive any change at all. Most people feel very relaxed and peaceful, and many fall asleep during the treatment.

  3. After the treatment, we will exchange ideas in a short conversation. You tell me how it felt for you and how you feel and I tell you what I noticed during the treatment. This often results in surprising insights.

The energy is then still working on you 21 days.

Energy healing therapy remote session


Distance healing and relaxation therapy is a wonderful option for people who cannot come into my office.

First of all, as both a distance healer and frequent recipient of remote energy healings, I can say that it works very well! Energy is universal; it doesn’t know physical distance. When you receive a remote healing, you’ll feel the same benefits as you would in person as the practitioner channels reiki into your subtle body and works to clear cords and negative energy. 

How does the remote session go?

  • You just need to find a quiet place to sit or lie down for the duration of the session. Your couch, bed, recliner, or meditation cushion are good options. Music playing in the background is fine, but try to remove distractions like phone, pets, kids, TV, etc. 

  • First, I call you for a few minutes (on what's app if you are living abroad)  and talk about what you're experiencing and possibly looking for from the session. Then we hang up at this time.

  • Then I’ll start channeling the energy. 

  • If you hear a meditation music during the session it's even better while the energy is being channeled. If you're falling asleep it's ok. This doesn’t interfere with the session, and may help if you need it!

  • When i'm finished, I call you and we talk about your experience and my experience.

The energy is then still working on you 21 days.



One session lasts approx. 1:30 hour.

An average of 2-4 sessions are required.

We recommend an interval of 21 days between successive sessions.

The method I use is called Humanist Hypnosis. This is the most modern method, based on millennial techniques and the latest advances in neuroscience.


  • Hypnosis therapy is a short-term therapy (1-3 sessions on average).

  • This type of therapy goes straight to the source of your problem.

  • I will accompany you into a state of hypnosis that can be compared to meditation in full consciousness. Most people will just feel like they’re sitting there relaxed with their eyes closed in a chair. 

  • Even in deep hypnosis, you don't sleep; you have everything under control the whole time while speaking to me during the whole session.

  • You remain conscious throughout the session, which is a dialogue.

  • It is the only type of hypnosis therapy where you are consciously working in your subconscious.

How does a hypnosis session work?


You sit comfortably in the couch.

  1. First of all, we talk about the topics that you would like to clarify.

  2. Step by step I will guide you into the deepest relaxation called "hypnosis". You've likely experienced a hypnotic state of mind before, even if you've never actually gone to a hypnotist. For example, your mind slips into the hypnotic state within seconds of watching TV.

  3. Depending on what goal you want to achieve with hypnosis therapy, I will guide you through "a journey" where I will ask you to imagine a picture, a situation, a place, etc. and describe it. I will guide you step by step to act, speak at any time according to your own feelings and in your own rhythm. When the work is done, I end the session with breathing exercises.

  4. There is a short debriefing at the end of the session.

The work you've done during the session is then still working on you and setting up 21 days long.


Zoom Hypnosis remote session

When you need to stay at home or you don’t have time to travel, the good news is hypnotherapy can be provided online.  Online hypnotherapy is a safe and convenient alternative to face to face sessions. It is just as effective as working together in the office and follows the same structured approach. The procedure is the same as in the classic hypnosis session in my office. You can sit in a confortable chair or couch and I will only have to see your upper body. 

What do I need access to for online hypnotherapy?

  • A reliable internet connection
  • Laptop, PC or device with good sound and camera

  • A quiet comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed

  • Headphones allow you to be fully immersed during hypnosis

  • Remember to turn off notifications on your devices and phones




One session lasts approx. 60-75 min on average,

1 to 3 sessions per topic
